Do you want to arrive to your coach with a leg up? Do you want to be stronger, faster, and more powerful before you even step foot on the field?

If the answer is YES, then make Achieve Fitness Studio in Lakewood part of your Summer! We will be offering high school and college athletes an opportunity to train speed, agility, global strength, and explosiveness.

6 Week Program starts June 11th – July 21st

Monday & Wednesday

plyometrics, lower body strength, reaction training

Tuesday & Thursday

speed and agility, upper body strength, balance and flexibility

Monday through Thursday: 1:00 -2:00 PM

$192($8.00 per session).
