Classes will be held twice a week for 45 minutes to focus on strength and conditioning for upcoming softball/sport seasons. Each class will start with a 5-minute dynamic stretch to get your muscles ready for class.

Each week will focus on a different area to get you ready for your upcoming season. Each class will also end with an ab session.
