Saturday Total Body Workout

Today we are hitting our legs, booty, shoulders, chest and back.

 

Workout:  5 Total Body Moves + 30 Minutes of Cardio

Do each exercise 3 times, 15 reps each.  For lunges and rows do 15 reps each side.  You may use weight on the lunges if you choose.

Exercise 1: Static Lunges
